Adult Training

  • Our OSP adults range from young adults getting their lift in before the work day; to moms keeping up their strength before the kids wake up; all the way to retirees keeping up their physique and starting their day off on the right foot. We have a variation of strength and knowledge levels that keep each other accountable and motivated each week. We love the conversation and comradery that has developed over the years with these groups. We would love for your to join our OSP Fam!

  • M,W,F — 5:15am

    M,W — 5:30pm

    Full-body training involves exercises that engage various muscle groups, including upper body, lower body, and core. This ensures that no major muscle group is left untrained during a workout session. This includes compound exercises that involve multiple joints and muscle groups. Examples include squats, deadlifts, bench presses, rows, and overhead presses. Compound movements not only target large muscle groups but also improve overall functional strength.

  • Tue, Thurs - 9 am

    Kettlebell training is a form of strength and conditioning that involves the use of kettlebells, which are cast-iron or steel weights shaped like a ball with a handle. Kettlebell exercises are dynamic and involve swinging, lifting, and moving the kettlebell in various ways. Common movements include swings, cleans, snatches, presses, and Turkish get-ups.

Performance Training

  • Our OSP athletes are typically the top performing athletes of their sport. We love seeing everyone push each other inside the gym and celebrate victories outside the gym. Once a high school student commits to their future college, we purchase a flag of their school to hang up in the gym and get their name on a plate. Our college athletes stay focused in and out of their seasons and have even mentioned how prepared they felt during their first team lift. We enjoy going to as many games as we are able in order to cheer on our OSP Fam. To say we are proud is an understatement. We feel so honored to play a part of their journey and can’t wait to see where they end up. Come be a part of this community today!

  • Performance training is offered to our High School, College & Professionals clients. We create sports specific training to help maximize on-field performance. Our training focuses on explosivity, power, and strength; but we aim to target other aspects as well such as speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, and mental resilience. Each workout/program is made for the athlete that wants to take their game to the next level.

Youth Training

  • Much like our Performance Training clients, our youth athletes also tend to be some of the top performing in their sport. Our goal is have develop these kids early so that they have the right tools to be focused and disciplined in the future. We enjoy getting to know what motivates the youth of today all while getting a good lift in. We feel so honored to play a part of their journey and can’t wait to see where they end up.   • Youth training helps lay the foundation for athletes 12 & under. When approached with proper guidance and supervision, this training can offer a range of benefits for young individuals. Our aim is to enhance coordination, balance, and overall motor skills all while learning the basics in performance training. Our priority with our youth athletes is to instill the skills and discipline needed for their current or future sports and fitness journeys.
